Terms and Conditions

Payments

Advance payment is required for us to make sure everything is ready before your arrival
Upto 30% is required 10 – 6 weeks before departure date
Remaining payment (100%) is required 2 weeks before date of departure
Payments can be made via wire transfer (Western Union, Money Gram).

Cancellation

Requests received once your itinerary has been confirmed will be subject to the following cancellation fees
30 days before tour departure date = 30% of the total cost of the tour
15 – 29 days before tour departure date = 60% of the total cost of the tour
Less than 15 days before tour departure date = 100% of the total cost of the tour

Liability

Our company is governed by the laws of Ethiopia and all claims are under the jurisdiction of an Ethiopian court. Even though we provide the best care for you and your belongings, our company is not liable for loss or damage to you and your personal belongings that may arrise due to natural disasters or while dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines, outside tour guides and travel companies.
